I am a licensed psychotherapist offering virtual therapy sessions and bring over 20 years of experience across a variety of clinical settings. I use a mindful and holistic approach, helping clients understand the connection between their emotional, physical, and relational well-being. I integrate psychodynamic insight, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based practices to support clients in exploring patterns, building self-awareness, and developing practical tools for meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy-related transitions, family dynamics, and end-of-life issues. I create a safe, grounded, and compassionate space where clients feel encouraged to express themselves openly. I take time to deeply understand each person’s concerns and goals, collaborating with them to develop individualized treatment plans that honor their unique experiences, strengths, and cultural identities. I am committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care and supporting clients in cultivating resilience, clarity, and emotional well-being.
