I ventured into the helping field to understand life better and acquire the knowledge and skills to learn and relearn the appropriate tools needed to overcome life’s adversities and, most importantly, help and support people through their mental health journeys. I use a combination of client-centered therapy, mindfulness-based counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
