I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and K-12 Certified School Counselor. I have 19 years of experience working with adults, children, and families in non-profit, school, and private practice settings. As a play therapist, I also use play as a natural way for children to express and communicate their thoughts and feelings. I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have training in Play Therapy, Sandtrays, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Theraplay. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and focused on areas of concerns such as, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, trauma, ADHD, family dynamics, and interpersonal relationship issues. I believe the relationship with the client is key for growth and change to occur. I use these techniques to help guide the client toward their goals.
