I have worked with and supported adults and adolescents, from various backgrounds, through social, emotional, spiritual and/or mental health challenges they are facing or may have faced in their past. I work with my clients to identify and prioritize the people, issues and things that are challenging them most. I support my clients and help them determine who and what they are able to take responsibility for, change, control, or release. I actively listen to my clients and help them identify any events from their past and/or patterns in their behavior that may be preventing them from accomplishing their goals. Listening without judgment while encouraging is essential to building a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship and ensures I'm able to best support my clients. I use an Integrative Counseling approach, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. The ultimate goal is for my clients to create lasting Peace, Balance, and Joy in their lives.
