Welcome to Spring Health! We are delighted to accept new patients virtually and offer our therapeutic services to you. My name is Raheem Forsythe, and I am the owner and licensed therapist with credentials in LCSW and LCASA. Our approach is to recognize your unique internal strengths and resourcefulness to empower you and guide you towards improving your resiliency. At Spring Health, we provide a safe and comfortable environment to address concerns such as dual diagnosis behavioral management, anger management, social withdrawals, anxiety, and life adjustments. We cater to individuals of all ages and specialize in men's issues, LGBTQ+ support, trauma, relational issues, and employment support. We prioritize your comfort and safety, creating an open environment for you to share your concerns. In the first session, we will review paperwork, discuss goals and strengths, and foster a connection.
