I am a therapist and wellness coach with over 21 years of experience helping multi-generational and diverse professionals, retirees, students, and caregivers balance career, education, and personal life. I provide practical tools, strategies, and support that empower clients to overcome challenges now and long after our work together. My background includes working with Big Law firms, corporate and financial professionals, students, and individuals seeking meaningful change, improved well-being, and greater professional success. Before returning to my full-time practice, I served as the Clinical Coordinator at the New York City Lawyers’ Assistance Program for over four years. I design action plans, interventions, and toolkits that address work-life balance, trauma, depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and substance use, while connecting clients with resources for caregiving and family responsibilities. I believe healing comes from within, and I focus on helping clients find their inner light, strengthen their voices, and restore hope. I practice from an anti-racist framework, have extensive experience working with AAPI communities, women, LGBTQIA+ people, and people with substance use issues, anxiety, and depression.
