My name is Rebekah Taylor, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience in social work. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. I am a client-centered, strengths-based therapist who recognizes that you are the expert of your own life. I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space to share your thoughts, emotions, and fears.
Together, we will explore how you navigate life changes, transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, and other challenges, and we will build a personalized “toolbox” of strategies to help you meet them. One of my primary and favorite modalities is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I integrate with other trauma-informed approaches to help you heal, grow, and move forward.
