I utilize a variety of techniques and skills drawn from evidenced based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, Solution Focused, DBT, Psycho-education, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, grief counseling and stress management. I have experience working with diverse populations, and I always bring a nonjudgmental lens to the room. There's never shame in seeking help. My own family has been touched by challenges with mental health, and it's what first drove my passion to help others lead their happiest lives. I’ll help you build a toolbox of coping strategies to manage your issues that can sometimes takeover your daily life.
