As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I use a trauma-informed care approach to work with individuals, couples, and families. A few challenges that I have supported my clients with navigating include: chronic anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, relationship issues, and healing from the damaging effects of familial and societal messaging. I am passionate about empowering individuals whose needs are often overshadowed or misunderstood due to historical and ongoing sociocultural issues. I also provide consultations for students and healers dealing with burnout and relational difficulties. I have been described as a collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental therapist. I utilize the unique strengths clients bring to therapy to help elicit a natural and lasting positive change. I approach therapy as my authentic and genuine self, helping my clients feel comfortable bringing forth their truth.
