I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience. I've always been sensitive to others, and sought to help those in need. I have experience in working with a variety of individuals and couples, and specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, loss and grief, alcohol and substance abuse issues, problem gambling, and mood issues. I use a collaborative approach - cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, choice theory, solution focus just to name a few. Using a variety of evidenced based techniques, I will guide you to achieve your goals. This is your journey, let's get you to your desired destination.
