Thank you for considering me as an option on your journey toward life balance and change. As a Licensed Professional and Substance Abuse Counselor, my scope of services includes depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, domestic violence, abuse, communication, self-awareness and substance abuse/recovery. Special populations encompass adolescents, adults and family units in individual and group settings. Strategies provided are designed to promote self-enrichment, acceptance, accountability and personal responsibility, often with the use of spiritual principles. In the counseling arena, I have worked in the follow settings: Detox, In- and out-patient, Residential, Home-Based, and Private Practice. With the use of MI, CBT, Client Centered, MET and Solution Focused techniques, I promote healthy strategies to address life challenges, skill building and decision-making for lifestyle change and balance while promoting total wellness.
