I work alongside you to restructure negative thoughts and behaviors in effort to increase confidence, self-awareness, and control over one's own life. Throughout the therapeutic process, I maintain that the client is the expert of themselves. I promote open dialogue and demonstrate unconditional positive regards towards all. ​ I employ a variety of theoretical approaches including, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution focused and an underlying strengths perspective with each intervention offered. With over 16 years of experience, I’m well-equipped to handle concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, adolescent struggles, self image concerns, adjustment struggles, and a plethora of other issues. I am excited to walk beside you as you continue your journey towards growth, change, and self-fulfillment.
