My mission is to help my clients build a deeper sense of self awareness in order to feel more empowered in their day to day lives. I utilize a variety of different interventions and modalities including hypnotherapy, guided visualizations, and specialized trauma interventions that are tailored towards your specific needs. My typical process with a client starts with our initial consultation in which you tell me a little bit about yourself and we get clear on what your goals for treatment are. I will explain to you what I believe would be the best approach for your particular goal, and we work collaboratively to develop a clear direction for our work together. Through this process, you will begin to not only "KNOW" in the mind but also "BELIEVE' in the body. This holistic approach incorporates all facets of the human experience in order for you to see yourself grow and develop mental and emotional strength.
