I strive to form a therapeutic relationship through trust and genuineness. Together we can work towards gaining new perspectives about your unique journey. Struggling with anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, low self-esteem can be extremely challenging. I understand and validate your difficulties, and with a little help you can work through your struggles and manage the cycle of stress. I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment approach that meets your needs. To make sure treatment is effective, I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution focused Therapy, Attachment- based Therapy and Systems Family Therapy. I have helped clients to cope with over whelming parenting, facing life transitions, difficulty with communication skills, develop personal awareness, nervous system regulation to stay calm during conflict. Navigating interpersonal relationships, emotional cutoffs, gain acceptance for self and others and much more.
