Hi, I’m Sara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults through life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a place to feel seen, understood, and empowered — not judged. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and relationship or family stress with warmth and clarity. In sessions, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and finding hope and direction, even in difficult seasons. My goal is to help you feel safe exploring what’s beneath the surface so that you can grow with confidence and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels doable and personal to you — one step at a time toward healing and balance.
