I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience focusing on clinical mental health and overall wellness. In my work, I focus on using evidence-based techniques such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and integrative therapy to help support my client’s reach their goals of overall increased wellness. I often work with clients to address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationships, and trauma. My counseling style is typically person centered. I take the time to make each individual feel heard and supported and build a strong therapeutic connection.
