I support my clients by encouraging them to find their voice in order for them to meet their own therapeutic goals and to create a fulfilling life. My therapeutic style includes open and honest communication that provides transparency between my client and myself. I encourage my clients to see that they are resilient beings who can adapt to the changes life may bring. I use various creative techniques and incorporate mindfulness practices, meditation, and spiritual components for those who are interested. I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Substance Abuse.
