I’m Sarah Mitchell, a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate their unique journeys using trauma informed care as they head toward healing and self-discovery. With specialized training in trauma therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I am dedicated to supporting those who have experienced trauma, addiction, and PTSD/complex PTSD.
Throughout my practice, I have also focused on helping clients address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and motivation challenges. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual is unique and deserving of a tailored therapeutic experience.
