I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing begins with hope, faith, and the safety of being truly heard. For nearly three decades, I’ve supported individuals and families through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My work is rooted in compassion and guided by experience with trauma recovery, dementia care, and supporting caregivers, first responders, military members, and those healing from relationship wounds. I combine evidence-based approaches with a down-to-earth, faith-grounded perspective to help you find strength, peace, and renewal. My goal is to help you rediscover purpose and hope, even in the hardest seasons. Outside of work, I find balance in the outdoors, time with family, and the quiet moments that remind me of grace and resilience.
