Is your anxiety stopping you from living life to the fullest? Is your child having emotional outbursts and you are not sure how to help? I offer support for a variety of issues that can cause distress. I enjoy working with individuals that are motivated to make a change in their life. I bring a lighthearted and relational approach to our work together. I enjoy getting to know individual's strengths and challenges. I received my Master of Social Work from Portland State University then served in a variety of settings including DV shelter, child welfare agency, and residential treatment center. I have received additional training to provide evidence-based approach to treat anxiety disorders. I utilize CBT and elements of DBT to improve outcomes. Often times anxiety can reduce enjoyment in work, relationships and experiencing new things. If anxiety is stopping you from enjoying your life, I hope you will come and see how therapy can provide you some relief.
