I believe life can be wonderful and challenging at the same. Our lives can be full of challenges that are scary and uncomfortable that make us feel defeated. I want to be here with you to help you see and recognize the struggle is real and try just the smallest change to make that scariness things feel a little less scary one day at a time. I do this by trying to understand who you are in this moment and what strengths you have to get to your next moment; whether that is today or tomorrow or next week. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and have been providing clinical support for individuals and families since 2014. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges that include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, Bipolar mania, and addiction issues; not to mention everything else in between. I have helped people find whats important to them so they find a new sense of joy in their life.
