I have worked with diverse populations with various needs during this time, using various approaches. I have dedicated much time to helping others navigate their specific life challenges to become the best version of themselves while experiencing a life of joy & fulfillment, free from self-imposed limitations. Since childhood, I knew that I was purposed to work within this “helping profession,” as I have always been passionate about liberating others by dismantling negative thought patterns, which often lead to negative emotional & behavioral cycles. I experience life’s greatest joy when I can assist in bringing peace, clarity, and a new perspective to others through the tools granted to me. So, I took this passion, pursued it, and now I’m here to start this journey with you.
