I was born and raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm and have always been passionate about helping others. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and later moved to Colorado, working as a paraprofessional while training in the Cornell method. I completed my M.A. in Counseling at Regis University and gained experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. For over 20 years, I have provided therapy in private practice, specializing in trauma, PTSD, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. I am EMDR-certified and use CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I have extensive training in grief, attachment, high-conflict divorce, addiction, and crisis intervention. My goal is to help clients heal and thrive.
