I want to share a bit about myself. I graduated from the Masters of Education Clinical Mental Health Program and Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs, which led to obtaining my National Board Certified Counselor license. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, New Jersey, Florida, and Louisiana. My counseling approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor my techniques to fit each individual or couple. The client is the expert in their life and knows what they want and need. Hence, I create a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can confidently communicate their feelings. I also believe that small steps lead to significant changes and that growth happens through behavior, emotional, and cognitive adjustments. I aim to help people reclaim their joy, power, and hope. I have experience working with children, adults, couples, and families on various issues, including grief, abuse, and loss.
