I am licensed in both Nevada and California. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults using CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. I use these theoretical methods to support my patients in navigating intense mood swings , feelings of depressed mood, and over all personality challenges. I also have extensive experience in working with patients who have trauma in their background- racial trauma or generational trauma. I focus my work as a facilitator and guide to support in reducing negative behaviors. Open to working with adolescents 13 years and older.
