Hi! I’m Soley Dabney, LPC a licensed therapist helping adults find clarity, confidence, and live in alignment with what matters most to them. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, low self-worth, grief, and negative thought patterns. My approach is more than traditional talk therapy, I use brain-based, EMDR-informed techniques to help you shift old patterns and create meaningful growth. Together, we’ll focus on intentional work that supports your personal growth, emotional well-being, and connection to your values. If you're ready to move forward and align your life with what truly feels genuine, I’m here to support you. What I Offer: I provide solution-focused and EMDR-informed therapy for adults who are ready to experience real personal growth and meaningful shifts. My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. While you'll always have space to share what matters most, we focus on brain-based techniques designed to help you shift from stuck patterns into healthier, more empowering ways of thinking and feeling. Together, we’ll create a targeted plan to explore and address the memories, beliefs, and emotional triggers behind your current struggles—helping your brain naturally create new patterns that align with the life you want to live. How I Work: I use a holistic approach that treats you as a whole person—mind, body, spirit, and relationships. I blend effective therapies including: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) EMDR-informed care Solution-Focused Therapy TEAM-CBT (a highly effective, structured form of CBT using Testing, Empathy, Agenda-Setting, and Methods) Mindfulness, Positive, and Multicultural Therapy · Practice emotional processing self-care which refers to intentional practices that help you recognize, understand, express, and manage your emotions in a healthy way. It’s not about avoiding or “fixing” feelings, but creating space to feel them fully, make sense of them, and respond mindfully rather than reactively. I encourage active participation with between-session practices—like journaling, breathing techniques, awareness practices, podcasts, or reflection exercises—that support your growth and help you stay aligned with your goals. Just 15 minutes a day can make a real difference. My Commitment to You: A supportive, respectful space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. Guidance that helps you connect with your core values, gain insight, and make empowered choices that align with your true self. A calm and grounded presence to help you create lasting internal shifts and align your life with what matters most to you. If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start shifting into a more aligned, fulfilling life, I’d be honored to walk with you on that path. Reach out when you're ready
