It’s not about avoiding or “fixing” feelings, but creating space to feel them fully, make sense of them, and respond mindfully rather than reactively.
I encourage active participation with between-session practices—like journaling, breathing techniques, awareness practices, podcasts, or reflection exercises—that support your growth and help you stay aligned with your goals. Just 15 minutes a day can make a real difference.
