As a depression and OCD survivor, I know how scary and lonely it can feel to be fighting these intrusive thoughts. My clients are successful women, new mothers, and BIPOC women looking for relief from OCD and depression. My clients have said that I am “pragmatic,” “direct,” “compassionate,” and “working with you is like working with someone I’ve known for years.” I enjoy working with women that are striving for balance and peace in their lives. In addition to OCD, I love supporting women in major transitions in life including adolescence, motherhood, and menopause. My approach is collaborative, utilizing evidence based coupled with holistic methods. 
I help my clients retrain their brain to learn how to live with uncertainty, gain confidence, and learn how to change their relationship with anxiety! How? I utilize Mindfulness, CBT & Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to help you replace the question “What if…?” with “We’ll see.” I am proudly trained by Maternal Mental Health Now to support peripartum people.
I understand what it’s like to struggle with adversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. This is why I take a peer approach to my therapy sessions and can relate to a lot of the same struggles that are presented in the therapy room.
