I also support families in strengthening connection and navigating the challenges that come with the different developmental stages of childhood and adolescence. With adults and couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, processing trauma and grief, and breaking patterns that keep people feeling disconnected or overwhelmed.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
