Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re parenting a struggling child, navigating tension in your relationship, carrying the weight of past trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are ready for support, clarity, and meaningful change. I am especially passionate about helping children and adolescents build healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and communication tools that lay the foundation for confident, resilient adulthood. I also support families in strengthening connection and navigating the challenges that come with the different developmental stages of childhood and adolescence. With adults and couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, processing trauma and grief, and breaking patterns that keep people feeling disconnected or overwhelmed. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools for everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct when needed. I believe everyone can benefit from counseling, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe addressing both immediate concerns and deeper-rooted struggles so real, lasting growth can happen.
