I have been a social worker since 2011 and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2020. I believe that everyone is worthy of living a life worthwhile and full of joy! I have experience supporting adults with concerns around Substance Abuse, Depression/Anxiety, Relationship issues, and mood disorders for the last 10 years. I'm honored and appreciative that individuals allow me to walk with them on their journey in life. I am always grateful for their time and in awe at the strength it takes to be vulnerable with a stranger! My approach is strength based and client center as you know yourself better than I do. I challenge clients to think outside the box and learn to become flexible in their decisions and emotions as they navigate and grow into the best version of themselves. Modalities I use regularly: Acceptance (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy.
