I have extensive experience working in both individual and group settings. I also teaches undergraduate courses in human services and psychology. My specialties include; anxiety, anger management, coping skills, relationship conflict and identity-related issues. The bulk of my professional work has been focused on working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use an individualized approach with a tendency towards incorporating elements of dialectical behavioral therapy and expressive therapy into my sessions.
