I believe that everyone is deserving of a safe place to work through life’s difficulties so I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that promotes one’s highest potential. A holistic approach is utilized to demonstrate how powerful connectivity of the mind, body, and spirit can be in the healing process and with equipping oneself in successful goal achievement. I have walked alongside many young adults, mature adults, and couples through difficult periods of life, transitions, and choices. Therapy is viewed as a joint venture where combined knowledge and skills are used to determine the best path of treatment and successful outcomes across all gender, cultural, and sexuality spectrums. My therapeutic style is centered around respect, understanding, sincerity, and providing a unique perspective to any challenge experienced. My goal is to help people better understand themselves so they can feel more fulfilled as an individual, partner, and/or professional.
