I provide services to individuals, couples and families. I specialize in the following areas: depression, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, addictions, codependency (divorce/separation) and bereavement. Most people struggle to manage their day-to-day issues, which often stem from a variety of life changes and challenges. By addressing the many issues in your life through therapy, it will begin to reveal to you the strengths, power, creativity and spiritual renewal that is already within you. Together we can work to help you design a re-birth and re-discovery for your self, by using a variety of counseling techniques.
