I was born and raised in beautiful Washington State. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I have a Master of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University. Prior to stepping out into private practice, I worked in hospice and palliative care where I assisted patients and families struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I support my clients through the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy where the focus is on solutions to problems by discovering and using the resources and strengths a person already has. My style of therapy is warm and humanistic. I strive to provide all my clients with a safe, secure, and non-judgmental place to explore stuck areas and instill confidence in clients through empowering them to make positive changes and find balance between their personal, professional, and family lives.
