I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My expertise spans a wide range of issues, including anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, difficult family dynamics, parenting concerns, estranged relationships with adult children, first responder crisis support, and couple's therapy. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and empower you as you navigate your journey. Together, we will explore your goals and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs, helping you move toward the life you desire. This is your journey—let’s work together to get you to your destination. Reflective Questions: Are there specific areas in your life where you feel stuck or overwhelmed? Are there situations where you feel stuck and need help in moving forward? Does life feel overwhelming, paralyzing your next actions needed to resolve the issue? Are relationships difficult and you aren't sure where to take the next step? What goals or changes would you like to achieve through therapy? Please reach out and lets get started in creating a place where you can begin moving forward again. I work primarily with adults and families. Please note that I do not see children under 12 alone; however, I am happy to work with parents and families to address concerns or conduct family therapy sessions that include the child or children involved, regardless of their age. I also offer specialized support for expectant parents, helping navigate prenatal concerns and preparing for a positive birth experience. If you're ready to take the next step, I look forward to supporting you on your path to wellness and growth.
