My name is Suzelle Guinart, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have over 11 years of experience working with adults and young adults, specializing in dealing with self-esteem/self-worth challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, suicide prevention and transitions in life. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming treatment to individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-binary, questioning or queer, and their loved ones. I have a holistic view of treatment and use a mix of evidence-based techniques including; CBT frameworks, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and emotional intelligence development. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, and define what happiness really means to you. Through collaborative talk therapy and meaningful connection, we will work together to improve your ability to identify, resolve, and accept life's challenges, and ultimately create the life you want to live!
