I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked with people on their healing journey for over 20 years, and over the last two years began seeing people for individual therapy. I am always amazed at the resilience of people, life can present with so many challenges, but when people have a desire to change, they are capable of overcoming so much with the right tools. In sessions I use a combination of working towards understanding the core of where emotions, feelings and symptoms come from, while also working on the validity of thoughts and self-talk. Through compassion, understanding and guidance we will work together to identify goals and navigate life's challenges.
