Hello! I'm an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a decade of clinical experience. My in-person office is in Hanford, California. My passion is to help individuals resolve their traumas and help couples restore connection, repair trust, and resolve conflicts. I'm trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I use evidence-based and culturally-sensitive interventions. My treatment modalities include EMDR for trauma, Emotion Focus Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to encourage healthier thought and behavioral patterns. I can integrate Christian faith into therapy if you request it. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life.
