For more than a decade, I have served as a mental health professional, working with individuals of all ages. I have a passion to serve individuals battling mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. I also specialize in providing support and education for women with polycystic ovary syndrome—who are often misdiagnosed, overlooked, and misunderstood. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are and assist you in learning emotional tools to increase self-care and positive self-talk, and decrease stress, anxiety, low motivation, sadness, and hopelessness. We will partner together to improve your mood and overall sense of wellness. Using evidence-based therapies, I will empower you to disrupt negative thoughts and behaviors, as well as identify your strengths and abilities to achieve your goals. As my client, you will be seen and understood because you and your feelings are valid. So, let’s get started in this meaningful work of building a life you deserve.
