Hi there, I love providing a safe space and secure connection with the client. When this is in place, one can process vulnerabilities, explore new possibilities and practice change while feeling supported. Each person is part of a system. By identifying and using your individual strengths, we can help you build long-lasting results. I hold my clients accountable for their progress with compassion. I am trained in several modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma informed Accelerated Resolution Therapy with roots in EMDR. When working with individuals, professionals, couples and families, I’ll use an integrative model of change. Basically, I’ll incorporate the best parts of this knowledge base to help you meet your goals. I love learning and am currently enrolled in the year long Couple’s Developmental Model training certification. I live in Wyoming with my family and embrace the beauty and chaos that is life.
