In the dark moments, our need is for connection with someone that will hold hope for our future self. Therapists are often referred to as the “Holder of Hope”, because of the healing that happens in the therapy environment. As a therapist, I am honored to be a part of your journey, serving as a guide, as you discover your strengths and wellness.
My therapeutic approach is dynamic, relational, authentic, validating, and compassionate. Using a strength based approach, I focus treatment on the individual, assessing needs, and use evidence based practices, to empower and encourage the individual to thrive and achieve their goals. I have experience working with individuals and couples, with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, attachment concerns, relational concerns, grief and loss.
