As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I have over five years of experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, personality and mood disorders, ADHD, and parent-child relationship challenges. My counseling style is warm and empathetic, combined with tactful honesty and accountability. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential, enabling us to work through difficulties together. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, client-centered, and solution-focused techniques.
