I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana and Arkansas. I use a client centered approach to meet clients where they are and guide them on their journey to a happier and healthier life. My ideal client is motivated to make change in their life. I work with all ages and a variety of backgrounds. A lot of my research has centered around individuals coping with divorce and adjusting into new family roles.
