Hi there, I’m Dr. Temperance Thomas. Do you feel your moods are unpredictable and your actions are often exaggerated? Are you struggling to maintain self-control? I can help by giving you the tools that you need to function under pressure. Together we can develop and implement effective coping skills to maintain the stability that you need in your life to function day in and out. Counseling techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy can help you to understand how you think can contribute to the way you feel and behave in certain situations. I find that it is the safest technique to cover come moody behaviors. However, I do use other techniques that are more appropriate and tailored to meet the client’s needs.
