Thank you for stopping by. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and am only able to see Texas residents, at this time. I have experience working with individuals since 2014. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults that struggle with different life challenges and traumas. The majority of the work I participate in with clients involves working through depression, grief, generalized anxiety, childhood abuse, and self-esteem issues. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral and trauma-focused therapy. With a set of therapeutic skills, humorous personality, and genuineness of wanting to help others, I aim to help you with achieving and becoming the best and whole version of yourself. I will assist you in gaining self-confidence, develop coping skills, manage and decrease symptoms, and develop a new sense of self while on your journey to the healing process.
