Hi, I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping people find clarity, healing, and balance during life’s pivotal moments. With Master’s degrees in both Education and Psychology, I’ve worked across many areas of mental health, supporting individuals through challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, loss, and trauma. My approach is holistic, focusing not just on relieving symptoms, but on understanding the deeper experiences and patterns that influence how we think, feel, and connect with others. I especially enjoy helping adults navigate major life transitions, whether that means adjusting to change, rediscovering a sense of purpose, or finding peace during uncertain times.
