Great to meet you! As we go through your journey together, I hope to help you find balance, healing and purpose through meaningful connection and evidence-based care. My goal is to empower adults in building copings skills and managing life's ups and downs, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions. I also have over 10 years of experience of Veteran care while working at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a licensed clinical social worker. My approach is warm, collaborative and strengths-based -- drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help you develop insight, resilience and practical coping skills. Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth style, sense of humor and ability to create a safe space for honest conversation. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership - one where we work together to uncover what's getting in the way and move toward the lift you want to live. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling a bit more grounded and that you are not navigating this alone.
