My hope is for everyone to thrive and not just survive! I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed clinician and my specialties are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which both serve to reduce distress, improve mood, enhance relationships and build a full and robust life. I use CBT and DBT to teach how to understand and regulate emotions, problem solve difficulties and learn coping skills to manage life’s stressors. I tailor evidence-based interventions by focusing on the uniqueness of each individual. Through a collaborative approach we will discover what works best for you.
