As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I truly value the trust my clients place in me, and I work hard every day to provide compassionate, quality care. From a young age, I knew I wanted a career that made a real difference in people’s lives, which is what led me to social work and mental health. My early career started in crisis intervention, but over time, I discovered my passion for helping people improve their interpersonal relationships through counseling. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to making changes in their lives. Whether they are navigating anxiety, trauma, or just seeking personal growth, I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. My practice is focused on offering evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, helping clients build emotional resilience and find practical solutions to life’s challenges. On a personal note, I’m a parent, and I understand the stress and challenges that come with balancing family, work, and personal life. My passion for cooking helps me unwind, and spending time with family is where I find joy and connection. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced life’s struggles and continue to learn new ways to manage stress and find balance. These experiences allow me to relate to my clients on a deeper level, offering support not only as a professional but also as someone who has faced many of the same challenges. I aim to provide a structured, goal-oriented therapy process that equips clients with the tools to thrive. My hope is to guide you through your journey, help you reach your potential, and ultimately empower you to no longer need therapy. I look forward to supporting you in your path to healing and personal growth.
