From a young age, I knew I wanted a career that made a real difference in people’s lives, which is what led me to social work and mental health. My early career started in crisis intervention, but over time, I discovered my passion for helping people improve their interpersonal relationships through counseling.

On a personal note, I’m a parent, and I understand the stress and challenges that come with balancing family, work, and personal life. My passion for cooking helps me unwind, and spending time with family is where I find joy and connection.
