I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has worked in behavioral sciences for 20 years, seven of those years in mental health counseling. My clinical focus areas include individual, family and group therapy with a Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavior (CBT) therapeutic approach; specializing in helping people navigate through life’s challenges. Specifically, I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, career, parenting, and family issues. Specialty training includes Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained as a Chemical Dependency Counselor.
