I completed my Ph.D.. in Clinical Psychology at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in 2023. I completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Veteran Affairs with a training focus in evidence-based interventions for trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am actively involved in psychological research that focuses on identifying pathways to resilience and personal growth following traumatic events. This research informs my belief in each of my patient’s inherent potential to overcome life’s many challenges. I aims to use evidence-based interventions to reduce psychological symptoms as well as to aid my patients in building stronger relationships, personal strengths, and a meaningful life. I do so with a compassionate and empathetic approach. I pursue my own personal growth and resilience by starting every morning with a cappuccino and walks with my energetic goldendoodle.
